How we underwrite
Every acquisition is underwritten on current, sustainable earnings — never on a projected turnaround. The operational programme is upside, not the base case. We would rather decline a deal than assume our way into one.
Reporting and access
Limited partners receive quarterly portfolio reporting and have direct access to the General Partners. Existing LPs use our secure portal for documents and updates.
