We are a small team in Hamburg buying and operating German B2B service companies. The work is concrete: transactions, and the operational programmes that follow them.
How we work
- On site in Hamburg — daily presence, not hybrid theatre
- Fluent German is required; most of our counterparties are German SME owners
- Daily use of large language models in actual work, not as an experiment
- Direct responsibility from week one; there is no layer to hide behind
The kind of profile that fits
People who have run something operationally, or who are unusually fast at turning messy reality into a working process. We care much more about that than about a specific CV template.
Applications are read by a General Partner, not by an HR filter, and treated confidentially.
