Daniel Szabo — GP & Co-Founder

Daniel spent over ten years in operational leadership roles and scaled an organisation from 50 to 450 employees. He was recognised as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator and has spent the last decade building AI-driven products in operational businesses. At GTP he leads the AI transformation agenda for portfolio companies.

Sebastian Herfurth — GP & Co-Founder

Sebastian brings 15+ years across transactions and corporate finance in the German Mittelstand. He leads deal structuring, due diligence and the financing architecture of each acquisition, and is usually the first point of contact for sellers who want to understand the mechanics of a deal.

Elias Bitzer — GP & Co-Founder

Elias focuses on origination and portfolio operations. He works directly with the management teams of acquired companies on the first 24 months after closing — the period in which the operational programme either lands or does not.

Investment team

The General Partners are supported by an in-house investment team in Hamburg that handles analysis, valuation and transaction support. External specialists are engaged case by case and are not employees of the firm.

• Maximilian Freude — Senior Analyst: analysis and valuation of potential investments and support of live transactions; previously Private Equity Analyst at Elvaston Capital Management.
• Johannes Stolpmann — Analyst: supports the investment team on analysis, valuation and live transactions; prior M&A and private equity experience; studies at the University of St. Gallen.
• Jakob Schäfer — Analyst: supports the investment team on deal sourcing, screening and valuation; studies business administration with a finance focus at the University of St. Gallen.
