Daniel Szabo

Daniel Szabo is Managing Partner (AI Transformation Lead) of Generation Tech Partners, responsible for the operational development of acquired companies: AI adoption, process architecture and value creation after closing. He works closely with the existing management teams and builds on the structures in place.

Previously he was CEO of Körber Digital, the digital unit of an international technology group, where he led the build-up of digital business models and AI products for industrial customers, from first idea to live operation.

Operational scaling is the common thread of his career: in an operational leadership role in the AI division he grew the organization substantially, covering recruiting, delivery structures, quality assurance and how teams become more productive with AI.

His subject-matter focus is AI and digital transformation. The World Economic Forum recognized him as a Global Innovator. The emphasis is on measurable effects in sales, scheduling, quoting and back office of mid-sized B2B service companies.

As an entrepreneur he founded YOU MAWO and built a technology-driven product business from founding into international markets, including production, sales and financing.

At Generation Tech Partners he leads AI transformation and operations: he supports owners on the operational side of the succession process and owns the AI and efficiency roadmap of the portfolio companies after closing.
