OUR ROLE
What we do — and what we don't
To avoid a common misunderstanding: we do not sell advisory services. We buy companies. This page sets out exactly what that means for each party that deals with us.
For owners considering a sale
- A clear assessment of fit, without a drawn-out process
- An indicative offer once the key figures are on the table
- A confidential process without a market-wide teaser
- We act as the buyer, not as a sell-side adviser
For M&A advisors and intermediaries
- A clearly published buy-box, so you do not waste time on mismatches
- Fast, honest feedback on introduced mandates
- Standard advisor fee arrangements on the buy side
For management teams of acquired companies
- Funded operational programme in the first 24 months
- No forced exit horizon imposed by fund life
- Direct access to the GPs rather than a reporting chain
What we do not do
- We do not broker companies to third parties
- We do not provide valuation reports as a paid service
- We do not invest in start-ups, turnarounds or B2C retail
